Cpanel stats not updating

Using the steps below will allow you to update your own stat reports in Awstats, allowing you to see your most recent visitor data without having to submit a support ticket to have this updated from our end. Since it does take some time to run (sometimes 20-30 minutes), it could still be generating.

The usage stats report does not update (even when hitting the "update now" link and all clients show "unlimited" disk-limit even though they have packages configured with limits (setup in both WHM and WHMCS). My server was reset (not rebooted, reset), and since then the c Panel stats deamon hasn't ran, in WHM i have configured stats as i had it before, and the stats configuration page says stats are keeping up to date bla bla bla, does anyone have any ideas? If they are high, the stats round will be bypassed till another time where it will check loads again.
